This project aims to support young adults living in Vienna in actively participating in society. It offers opportunities to create sustainable networks between participants and promotes exchange and interaction. By creating inclusive, accessible spaces for engagement, the project amplifies youth voices and ensures their needs and concerns are visible in local decision-making.
Over a period of 24 months, the project offers various participation formats, to which you are warmly invited! 🙂

MEETEUPS
These informal meetings offer young people a regular and easily accessible introduction to political and social engagement. They are multilingual and inclusive, creating a safe space to discuss social issues, exchange experiences, and learn from each other.
QUARTERLY ACTION LABS
These contain workshops, a cultural supporting program, and space for informal exchange. Usually happen in the later afternoon-evening and finish with a common meal. In the approximately three-hour working sessions, participants are supported in recognizing their own needs and barriers to access. The Action Labs serve as a think tank for new approaches and projects
Once a year a special edition of Action Lab includes representatives of organizations involved in youth participation. This allows young adults to address ideas, questions, and challenges related to their own engagement directly to those responsible. Perspectives are exchanged to promote mutual understanding.
RETREATS
These multi-day events, held twice a year outside of Vienna, offer an intensive platform for exploring one’s own obstacles to engagement, finding inspiration and form ideas. In the second year, the focus is on supporting participants in project development and the development of long-term strategies for their initiatives.
