Why a storytelling café?

In our fast-paced world, where so much is happening at once and genuine connections often fall by the wayside, moments of conscious, attentive listening have become rare. Storytelling cafés revive a valuable tradition and create a warm, welcoming space for connection, conversation, and genuine listening.

What happens there?

A storytelling café is a place where people can share their personal experiences. It’s a space for memories, thoughts, and little stories from everyday life. It’s not about perfect stories, but about honest glimpses into people’s lives. Listening and sharing stories are equally important, and this often fosters a sense of connection and mutual understanding.

Upcoming Storytelling Cafés:

Monday, September 21, 2:30–4:00 p.m.

Monday, October 19, 2:30–4:00 p.m.

Monday, November 16, 2:30–4:00 p.m.

Just Stop By
No registration is required. Just stop by, have a cup of coffee, listen, and/or share your own story—whatever feels right for you.

Framework & Collaboration

The storytelling café is held in German. We plan to organize storytelling cafés in English as well in the future.

This project is being carried out in cooperation with the Login Association and the Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus district, with the goal of creating spaces for social interaction and a vibrant sense of community.
