What do we want? CARROTS! Where do we want them? IN JARS!!
Yes, the Carrots in Jars – preservation workshop comes back. Are you curious about what they are about? Come by and bring some jars! We will fill them together with leftover veggies from a Viennese local farm, while learning something about saving and preserving food. Were you at one of the previous workshops? Then you’re very welcome to share your knowledge and experience this evening and continue some of the discussions around food production and food waste we started last time.
Participation in the workshop is free/donation-based. People from all backgrounds and all levels of prior knowledge are welcome to join. We kindly ask to register in advance so we can plan accordingly.
