Have you been to one of Civil Action Network’s preservation workshops? Are you interested in the links between community and food preservation? Or do you want to discuss your political views on food waste and our food system?
Then come on Monday the 16th of February to our last Keep Fresh-dinner. We will gather around the table, share a meal and discuss our most pressing issues around food waste, the food chain and sustainable food production. We will taste different foods preserved throughout the workshops and share our experiences from the pickle workshops and discussion rounds.
We will finally open a big jar of Kim-chi that we have made together in January.
The facilitators will provide a main dish and we ask you, if this is feasible for you to bring something like a side dish or dessert you’d like to share with a group of people.
Participation is free/donation-based. People from all backgrounds are welcome to join. We kindly ask to register in advance so we can plan accordingly. Nevertheless, spontaneous decisions are also welcome as it isn’t always easy to plan beforehand.
