Peacewalk 2026 is a 15-month walking journey from cities across Europe to Jerusalem\/Al-Quds, a collective movement for peace and justice. In the summer of 2026 it passed through Austria. From Vorarlberg to Vienna and on to the Hungarian border, we walked from town to town and met the people already doing peace work where they live: local groups, initiatives and communities who don’t accept war as the last word. At each station along the route, we opened a shared conversation around two questions: what does peace actually require, and what is our own responsibility in it?
