If YES then we happily invite you to join our project \u201cKEEP FRESH\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the course of 4 food preservation workshops and 8 joint evenings with inputs, questions and discussions about food waste, we want to make new contacts together and learn a lot of new food preservation skills and techniques from each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PRESERVATION WORKSHOPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Im Preservations-Workshop von Keep Fresh werden wir frisches, \u00fcbrig gebliebenes Gem\u00fcse von einem lokalen Biobauern aus dem 22. Wiener Gemeindebezirk gemeinsam zubereiten und konservieren. S\u00fc\u00df-sauer, schmackhaft und lange haltbar. Bei jedem Workshop kannst du etwas \u00fcber das Einlegen und\/oder Fermentieren von Gem\u00fcse lernen, welches ansonsten im M\u00fcll landen w\u00fcrde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Komm also vorbei, bring deine eigenen Gl\u00e4ser mit, f\u00fclle sie mit eingelegtem Gem\u00fcse, nimm sie mit nach Hause und lerne neue Menschen und Konservierungstechniken kennen. Alle Workshops werden moderiert, sind kostenlos und laden Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund zum Mitmachen ein, unabh\u00e4ngig von ihren Vorkenntnissen in Sachen Konservierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This part of the project is done in collaboration with local viennese farmers and the space of T\u00fcwi association. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Maximal 15 Teilnehmer:innen <\/p>\n\n\n\n DISCUSSION EVENINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Our discussion evenings will explore important topics related to food sustainability, focusing on the ecological and social impact of food waste. Together we want to engage in conversations about strategies to minimize food waste and examine community-driven solutions, such as food-sharing programs, community kitchens, local cooking classes and the role of food preservation in reducing environmental harm.
