Langweiliger Verwaltungskram"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Paid by CAN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you did some work for CAN that you are supposed to get paid for, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Write an invoice or Honorary Note (Austrian invoice) with the following information\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adressary\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Civil Action Network &#8211; Zivilgesellschaft f\u00fcr Frieden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malzgasse 4\/11<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1020 Vienna &#8211; Austria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project name and task you took (for example dialogue walk, facilitation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of your work and amount of hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreed salary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your bank details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211;> You can use this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/15Yv0psmzs3tKu6JtuQ__rfk7bsfuAHh1LKhT3EfAOaM\/edit?usp=sharing\">template<\/a> if you don\u2019t have an invoice system setup.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you had any expenses like travel cost or if you spend money on materials please fill out this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/u\/1\/d\/1WzoKcnjptKceGheok9UZDe3paXoHbMM9\/edit\">reimbursement<\/a> form and send us the original receipts via email (see below)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send your invoice or reimbursement form to <a href=\"mailto:invoices@civilaction.net\">invoices@civilaction.net<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As a subject line please add the name of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please include a quick summary of the type of work you did, the amount to be paid your banking details in the body of the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach your invoice, reimbursement forms, and original receipts to the email.
