Our discussion evenings will explore important topics related to food sustainability, focusing on the ecological and social impact of food waste. Together we want to engage in conversations about strategies to minimize food waste and examine community-driven solutions, such as food-sharing programs, community kitchens, local cooking classes and the role of food preservation in reducing environmental harm. The inputs and discussion aim to inspire practical, community-based actions to improve food sustainability and reduce waste.<\/p>

In the course of 4 food preservation workshops and 8 joint evenings with inputs, questions and discussions about food waste, we want to make new contacts together and learn a lot of new food preservation skills and techniques from each other.
